Erica Goh
Baritone
Erica Goh, began learning the euphonium at the age of thirteen under the guidance of David Wong and euphonium player, Lau Lifeng.
Currently studying the euphonium at the Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts (NAFA) under the tutelage of Mark Glover and Tan Yao Cong, Erica has also taken lessons from renowned soloists such as Steven Mead, Gary Curtin and Adam Frey.
Prior to her studies at NAFA, Erica graduated from Singapore Polytechnic with a Diploma in Business Information Technology, whilst serving as an active and committed member of the Singapore Polytechnic Symphonic Band. Under the guidance of Adrian Chiang and Joseph Teo, she was also given the opportunity to perform as a soloist at the Esplanade Concert Hall.
Till date, Erica has performed with several top wind orchestras in Singapore, including the Philharmonic Youth Winds, the Philharmonic Winds and Orchestra Collective. In addition, she also performs actively on the baritone with the Lion City Brass Band. With aspirations of becoming a music educator in the near future, Erica currently serves as the tutor of various secondary school bands, and hopes to inspire the next generation of brass musicians.
